About this course

This course training is approx. 15 minutes long and empowers caregivers to support older adults in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight by providing practical strategies and emphasizing key lifestyle factors. Participants will learn how to guide care recipients through goal setting, habit tracking, and building a strong support system, all while focusing on personalized nutrition, exercise, hydration and sleep.
