This training course is approx. 30 minutes long and equips caregivers with the knowledge and skills to accurately measure, understand and track the four primary vital signs and know when to seek professional help to support the health and safety of those they care for. They will learn how to recognize normal ranges of each vital sign, use appropriate tools, monitor changes closely, maintain accurate records and communicate observations clearly. With these skills, they will be well-prepared to monitor health effectively and contribute to better care outcomes.
