Care Management

The learning series care management will address concepts to help you as a caregiver to facilitate an enjoyable visit, strategies on how to handle long distance support and care, as well as protect the elderly from financial scams. Each activity in the series is between 5 and 10 minutes long depending on your pace.  There are activities and checklists to help you plan and apply what you have learned.
